Things You Need to Know
Returns are accepted on ALL products except for custom orders (sales items included). All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all cards, boxes, and/or pouches must be included with your return.
To process your return, simply email us at with your full name and type of return you’d like.
You may choose to get refunded or choose another item from our store. If you’d like a return, please note that shipping costs are NOT covered by Kapila Saphir Inc.
If your item is broken or breaks within 10 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no fee, or we will refund you your full amount, this includes custom jewelry.
